Cover Supervisor
Salary: £100 - £120 per day
Location: Leyland
Contract: Full Time
Pay: £105 - £130 per day (salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor seeking a long-term role in a secondary school in the Leyland area on a full-time basis. The role is due to commence in September 2026, with shortlisting currently underway.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring learning objectives are met
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on student participation and progress
- Supporting students with SEND where appropriate
Pre-requisites
- Previous UK secondary school experience is essential
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Confidence leading a classroom independently
- Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare procedures
