Duties
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis documents to support client planning strategies
- Assist in the development and review of financial plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
- Manage client data using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain organized records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather necessary information and clarify plan details
- Support the creation of presentation materials and documentation for client meetings
- Conduct research on financial products and market trends to inform planning recommendations
- Maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing clear explanations of financial concepts
Experience
- Previous experience in a financial services environment or administrative role supporting financial planners or advisors
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems relevant to financial planning software
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of financial planning principles, products, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable
- Experience in customer service roles that require attention to detail and professional interaction

Pay: £47,000.00 per year
