Team Members Wanted – Reels Casino Slots (Goodmayes Road)
Reels Casino Slots are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our arcade on Goodmayes Road.
We are seeking individuals with the right attitude, strong commitment, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to handle difficult or challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Confident with basic math and cash handling
- Able to work independently using initiative
- Forward-thinking team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the business
- Flexible, trustworthy, and reliable
- Willing to work a varied rota including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
- Must be over 18 years of age (due to the nature of the gambling business)
Desirable Experience:
- Previous retail, leisure, or gambling industry experience
- Preferable experience working within an AGC (Adult Gaming Centre) environment
Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
- A formal interview
- A short trial shift (a few hours)
