As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an experienced Crypto Community Manager to lead community engagement, drive user growth, and strengthen relationships across our global crypto audience. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in Web3 culture and thrives in a fast-moving, always-on environment.
What You'll DoCommunity Growth & Engagement
- Own and manage BTCC's official Discord and Telegram communities, driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that increase participation, retention, and brand advocacy.
- Moderate community channels, ensuring discussions remain engaging, informative, and aligned with community guidelines.
- Identify emerging community trends and opportunities to strengthen BTCC's presence within the wider crypto ecosystem.
Campaign Management
- Design, launch, and manage community campaigns including airdrops, competitions, AMAs, referral initiatives, and promotional events.
- Develop innovative engagement activities tailored to Web3 audiences to increase community participation and user acquisition.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign launches and product announcements.
Community & Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, ambassadors, KOLs, and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for VIP community members and high-value users, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Gather, analyse, and communicate community feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support continuous improvement.
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging across multiple markets and time zones.
- Monitor community sentiment, market developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Respond quickly to urgent community issues, announcements, or market events requiring immediate communication.
- Produce regular reports on community growth, engagement metrics, campaign performance, and user sentiment.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience managing cryptocurrency or Web3 communities.
- Proven success growing and managing Discord and Telegram communities at scale.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, staking, airdrops, and the wider Web3 ecosystem.
- Experience designing and delivering successful community growth campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage both retail users and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community metrics and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across international teams and multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working for a cryptocurrency exchange or blockchain project.
- Familiarity with community analytics and social management tools.
- Experience managing influencer, ambassador, or affiliate programmes.
- Understanding of crypto market trends and user acquisition strategies.
- Experience supporting product launches and global marketing campaigns.

- This is a full-time, office-based role requiring attendance in our London office five days per week.
- Due to the global nature of cryptocurrency markets, flexibility is required to respond to urgent community matters outside standard business hours where necessary.
