We're hiring now for an experienced Level 4 Skin Therapist ready to bring confidence, curiosity, and clinical excellence to a team that backs you with doctor-led mentorship, premium technology, and genuinely uncapped commission.

Duties
You'll deliver advanced skin treatments, lead in-depth consultations, and guide clients through tailored treatment plans that get real, visible results. This is a performance-based role for a therapist who wants to be recognised and rewarded for the outcomes they deliver.
Your toolkit will include:
- Microneedling and mesotherapy
- Chemical peels
- HydraFacials
- LED light Facials using the Dermalux range
- Radiofrequency treatments
(Full training provided where needed)
Day to day, you will:
- Carry out detailed skin consultations and assessments
- Build bespoke, results-focused treatment plans
- Confidently recommend professional skincare and treatment packages
- Build genuine long-term relationships that keep clients coming back
- Keep accurate, compliant treatment records
- Deliver excellent aftercare advice and ongoing support
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care
- Work closely with our clinic doctor and wider team to drive great outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Level 4 qualification in advanced skin treatments (including microneedling and chemical peels)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, spa, or salon environment
- Confident consultation skills and the ability to build treatment plans that work
- A professional, reliable, client-first approach
Desirable:
- A genuine passion for results-driven, science-backed skincare
- Confidence retailing professional skincare
