Labourer – Bathroom Installations (Career Progression Available)
We are recruiting two reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our growing installation team.
You will support our experienced bathroom installers on projects across the UK, helping deliver high-quality bathroom adaptations tailored to our customers’ needs.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a labouring position. You will be given the opportunity to learn the full bathroom installation process from start to finish. For the right individual with the right attitude, this role offers a clear progression path into a fully qualified Mobility Bathroom Installer, with earning potential of up to £72,000 per year.
What the role involves:
- Assisting installation teams on bathroom projects nationwide
- Site preparation, material handling, and general labouring duties
- Learning all stages of a bathroom installation on the job
- Working to high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
- Nationwide travel with overnight stays and a company vehicle
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working away from home when required
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred, but not essential
