Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
- Ensure all drinks are made accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant experience with a passion for customer service is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Excellent serving skills combined with friendly communication and positive attitude
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
