Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the team at a well established late night venue in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, professionally managed venue with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. We are looking for reliable, professional individuals who can help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

What You'll Get

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy late night environments
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or late night venues is preferred but not essential.
