About the Role
We are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team.
As a Support Care Worker, you will visit individuals in their own homes and provide personalised care and support that enables them to remain safe, comfortable and independent.
This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and wants to make a positive difference in people's everyday lives.
Previous care experience is welcome, but we also encourage applications from people who are new to care and have the right attitude, compassion and willingness to learn.
Your Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and moving safely around their home
- Assisting with medication in line with the individual's care plan and company procedures
- Preparing meals and supporting with eating and drinking
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household duties
- Supporting clients with shopping, appointments and community activities where required
- Encouraging independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
- Following individual care plans and accurately recording the care provided
- Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeing
- Following safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and confidentiality procedures

Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
