Role Description
Apt Communications is looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Ringwood.
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on generating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and introducing businesses to our range of telecom and connectivity solutions.
The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their current communication setup, and booking qualified appointments for senior sales executives to demonstrate our solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, confident on the phone, and motivated by achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective business clients
- Generate new leads through outbound calling and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Introduce APT Communications’ telecom solutions to businesses
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for senior sales executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities within the CRM system
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with business decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in telecoms, IT services, or B2B technology sales
- Knowledge of VoIP systems, broadband, or business connectivity solutions
Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
