We’re looking for a talented, passionate Massage Therapist to join our luxury wellness and aesthetics clinic in the heart of Caversham.

Your Role
As our Massage Therapist, you’ll provide bespoke treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, helping them relax, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress and improve their overall wellbeing. You’ll take pride in delivering a premium experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Carry out thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy or other specialist techniques.
- Create a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for every client.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism.
- Keep accurate client consultation and treatment records.
- Offer aftercare advice and recommend future treatments where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the wider salon team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Continue developing your knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Massage Therapist with relevant certifications.
- Previous experience is preferred but we’re happy to hear from therapists with the right attitude and passion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, professional and caring approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, motivated and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.

Pay: £50.00-£150.00 per hour
