NexGen Football club was formed with the aim to supersede present day standards in youth football development. NexGen is more than a name it’s a mindset, we aim to be a forward thinking and progressive community grass roots club for boys and girls , setting new boundaries in amateur coaching standards and adopting best in class approaches to bridge the gap between amateur grassroots football and professional academies.
At NexGen we are currently expanding, and is seeking progressive, hardworking individuals to join the NexGen coaching staff in a number of different positions.

- Saturday AM - Soccer School
- Tuesday PM - Football Team Training
- Thursday PM - Pre Academy & Junior Academy
- Sunday AM/PM - Football Team Matches
- Half Term/Summer Camps
With further services to schools, holiday camps and birthday parties we are keen to add to our coaching workforce in the coming weeks and months.
What we are looking for:
- Coaches with qualifications in Football (Minimum Level 2 or above)
- FA Youth Module 2 or above
- Enhanced DBS checks (we can help obtain this)
- Experience in working with children in sport
- Reliable, punctual, and committed individuals - Ability to commit to midweek evening x1, Saturday mornings.
- Those that drive are preferred but not necessarily essential.
What we offer:
- Coaching rates range from £15 - £25 dependant on experience (payment for both matches and training)
- Full Nike kit (training and match day kit provided)
- In-house coach development and part/full funding towards coach education/courses

Those coaches that excel with us have clear paths to move up within our club and partner coaching company
