As Housekeeping Assistant, it will be your responsibility to attend to our guests for all their needs, from serving their breakfast through to servicing their room and checking them in and out for their stay.
Shifts are 7.30am–3.30pm or 11am–7pm, with 2–3 shifts available per week, though this may vary.
The role entails:
- Checking guests in and out
- Cleaning, maintaining and restocking guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas to our high company standards.
- Ensuring all public areas are clean and welcoming to guests at all times.
- Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
- Work at an efficient pace to ensure guest rooms are completed prior to their arrival.
