Front of House Supervisor

NoTwenty9 is a stylish bar, restaurant, and boutique stay in the heart of Burnham Market. Known for great food, exceptional drinks, and genuinely warm hospitality, we’re looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating memorable moments for guests.
The Role
Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee daily service, support the FOH team, and ensure every guest receives the high standards NoTwenty9 is known for.
You’ll be confident leading from the floor, keeping service running smoothly, and inspiring the team around you.
Key Responsibilities
● Leading and supporting the FOH team during busy services
● Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guest service
● Helping train and develop team members
● Maintaining high standards across service, presentation, and hospitality
● Sharing your knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and premium spirits
● Supporting upselling and enhancing the overall guest experience
● Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally
● Assisting with opening, closing, and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has previous experience in FOH or supervisory hospitality role
● Leads by example and enjoys being part of a team
● Has excellent attention to detail and high service standards
● Is confident managing busy shifts
● Has a passion for food, drinks, and great hospitality
● Communicates well and stays calm under pressure
