Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the team at Bonnie Rogues, one of Swansea's leading late-night venues.
Bonnie Rogues is a modern, high-energy venue with a strong reputation, busy weekend trade, live sport, entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking to strengthen our existing team with reliable, professional individuals who can help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Whether you already have experience within the industry or are newly qualified and looking to build experience, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Get
- £13.68 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or late-night venues is preferred but not essential.
