Overview
If you are looking for a rewarding role we are looking for a new Planner/administrator to join our team. You will be undertaking work within a fast-paced and constantly expanding roofing and building maintenance company.
Responsibilities
Collating new works orders, checking for and chasing missing information and data entry on to our internal system.
Collating and saving completion photos and other documentation to provide the completion of reactive maintenance works. Uploading completions/invoices to external live portals.
Responding to emails and handling telephone enquiries professionally.
Allocating and routing jobs by communicating with residents via telephone.
Providing administrative support to the office and management.
Requirements
- Strong administration background in ideally a scheduling type of role.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or scheduling systems.
- Have fantastic organisation skills and great attention to detail.
- Be able to approach tasks with confidence and clarity, using your own initiative.
- Most importantly be a team player.
