Core Responsibilities: Processing customers orders received. Communicate with customers by phone and email to discuss orders and queries including complaints. General administration in connection with orders received and dispatching orders (printing sales dockets).
Key Tasks
- Taking customers orders by phone, e-mail and on-line and placing those orders on the planning system.
- Preparing sales dockets in readiness for dispatch.
- Answering phone calls and e-mails relating to customer inquiry's and complaints.
- Communicating with customers regarding the time-line for production of their order.
- General sales administration duties.
Shift pattern Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.15pm
