About Sift
Sift is a fast growing product discovery app that helps people make better purchasing decisions. In less than six months, Sift has reached over one million downloads. The app analyses real customer opinions from multiple online sources and gives each product a clear score.
We are looking for a confident and natural content creator to become a regular face of Sift on TikTok and Instagram. You will film relatable short-form videos explaining products, demonstrating the Sift app and discussing topics related to shopping, health, lifestyle and product safety.
The Role
This is a remote, flexible freelance position. You will film approximately five minutes of usable short-form content per day using your own phone. This may consist of several short videos or clips rather than one continuous five-minute video.
Content should feel natural and engaging, similar to a lifestyle vlog or authentic TikTok recommendation. Video ideas, key information and general guidance will be provided. Content can be filmed in batches when agreed in advance.
Responsibilities
- Film clear vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram
- Appear on camera and speak confidently in English
- Demonstrate how the Sift app works
- Create natural lifestyle, product review and educational content
- Follow the provided topics, scripts or talking points
- Submit videos on time and respond to feedback
- Refilm content when reasonable adjustments are required
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
- A modern smartphone with a good-quality camera
- Access to a bright, clean and quiet filming environment
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current content styles
- Reliable, organised and able to provide content consistently
- Previous content creation or UGC experience is preferred but not essential
- Active personal TikTok or Instagram account with examples of videos is preferred
