We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to join our Dialling & Communications team. Whether you already have customer service experience or are looking for an opportunity to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a vital role within our business, acting as the link between our customers, engineers, and planning teams to help ensure metering appointments are booked, managed, and completed successfully. Full training will be provided, so if you're a strong communicator with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, you could be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers over the phone and providing a friendly, professional service
- Supporting field engineers with inbound queries and updates
- Making outbound calls to commercial businesses to arrange appointments
- Booking and confirming metering appointments
- Updating internal systems with accurate notes and appointment details
- Working closely with engineers, planners, and other departments to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Taking ownership of customer queries and helping to find effective solutions
- Contributing to team goals and performance targets
- Following all quality, compliance, and company procedures

Experience
Previous call centre, customer service, or outbound calling experience is beneficial, but not essential. We provide full training and support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in customer communications and operations.
