Key Responsibilities:
- Production of daily reports to track and progress days on-site and days in status KPI’s
- Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicle outside of, or at risk of becoming outside of SLA
- Give clear prioritization instructions to yard and workshop teams to ensure SLA’s are met and productivity is optimised
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles
- Liaise daily with BCAL/Automotive and site despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection to standard and on-time
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Competent in all Microsoft applications
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
