We are a growing company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of high-quality homeopathic medicines and nutraceutical products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Production Coordinator to join our team in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Support the planning and execution of manufacturing activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Ensure production documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production timelines.
- Help maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support across the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or another relevant science discipline.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, homeopathic medicine, or nutraceutical industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
