This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Warehouse Operative, Chargehand or Team Leader to join a busy distribution operation and progress towards Warehouse Management.
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, leading from the front, supporting the team and helping to drive operational performance.
Week 1: 06:00 - 16:00
Week 2: 12:00 - 22:00

4-day working week with a rotating day off

40 hours paid per week

Additional hours banked, providing 11 extra flexi days per year
- Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse

Lead, organise and allocate workloads across the team
-
Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
-
Oversee goods-in activities, stock handling and storage
-
Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
-
Maintain accurate warehouse records, audits and documentation
-
Drive high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
-
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
-
Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times

Support team training, development and performance
You may currently be working as a:

Senior Warehouse Operative
-
Warehouse Chargehand
-
Warehouse Team Leader
-
Warehouse Supervisor
You'll also have:

Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment

Good understanding of stock control, inventory management and audits
-
Experience leading or supporting warehouse teams
-
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
A proactive and reliable attitude
-
A strong focus on Health & Safety
-
Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern

A Full UK Driving Licence
