Job Advert
Step into a role where you'll directly empower some of society's most vulnerable individuals to understand their rights, express their views, and gain real control over life-changing decisions.
At N-Compass, we're seeking a Multi-Specialist Advocate to join our passionate, values-driven team supporting people across community settings and inpatient mental health wards.
You'll deliver varied, impactful advocacy work across different settings where no two days are the same. Your tangible impact will help people navigate complex decisions and assert their rights.
Expect regular teamwork, community-based work, and flexible home working opportunities. A full UK driving licence and car access are essential.
Advocacy knowledge would be advantageous but isn't essential. We offer excellent learning and development programmes, including internal training and external accreditation to build your expertise.
We're recognised as a Great Place to Work. Our people consistently describe us as people-centred, kind, supportive and inclusive.
Colleagues experience genuine belonging, a no-blame culture, and approachable, visible leaders. We know our people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted and able to be themselves.
That's why we offer:
-
A warm, compassionate and people-first culture
-
Flexible and hybrid working opportunities where possible
-
Strong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance
-
High-quality training, development and growth opportunities
-
Supportive teams who share a strong sense of purpose
Above all, you'll join an organisation where the work really matters and your contribution is recognised and valued.
