The Role:
As SPT continues to grow, we are expanding our Graphics & Livery production team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphics Production Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level production role with full on-the-job training provided. No prior experience in graphics production is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Working under the direction of the Graphics Production Lead, you will support the day-to-day production of graphics and livery materials for our Formula One and top tier sports clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
- Operating large format print, plotting and finishing equipment under the direction of the Graphics Production Lead.
- Weeding, finishing and packaging graphics for despatch to clients and race events.
- Maintaining consistent quality and accuracy across all output.
- Following production schedules and priorities set by the Graphics Production Lead.
Stock & Equipment:
- Assisting with stock checks and ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Keeping equipment and workspaces clean and ready for production.
- Reporting any equipment faults or stock issues to the Graphics Production Lead promptly.
Digital Files & Templating:
- Assisting with the preparation of digital production files under supervision.
- Supporting templating and digitising tasks as directed.
- Maintaining accurate file naming and version control in line with team processes.
Essential Requirements:
- High attention to detail — accuracy matters in everything we produce.
- Reliable and punctual — our deadlines are driven by the F1 race calendar and cannot move.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
- Proficient in using Windows-based PCs, including system navigation and file organisation.
- Willing to learn and follow process — full training will be provided.
- Able to work calmly under pressure when multiple jobs are running at once
- A keen eye for detail and precision in your work.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design software — not required, but an advantage.
- Any prior experience in a production, print or manufacturing environment.
