We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Planner to join the team reporting into the Project and Planning Manager at our Heath Park site in Pershore. The role will be responsible for a wide-ranging set of tasks ranging from analysing and uploading customer forecasts into the ERP system to creating and issuing despatch paperwork and processing invoices.
The successful candidate will have experience in communication with customers and internal departments, a high level of attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly MS Excel. The role would suit someone who is used to a fast-paced environment where putting the customer first is a key focus.
Key Responsibilities will be:
· Reviewing, querying and uploading customer forecasts and schedules
· Communicating with customers on a daily basis regarding forecasts, orders, delivery dates and pricing amongst other items
· Collaborating with internal departments including Production Planning, Sales and Purchasing
· Creating relevant despatch paperwork and processing invoices
· Uploading and inputting information into the ERP system in a timely and accurate manner
· Updating relevant reports and KPI's as appropriate
