*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating the smooth transfer of property ownership.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing fee earner to join our well respected conveyancing team based in our Buxton office.
The successful candidate will run a caseload from inception to conclusion
You will need to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Salary will be dependent on experience. Plus a generous bonus scheme.
Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, both Freehold and Leasehold and plot purchases is essential as is a good understanding of CQS and being able to work as a part of a team.
