As we continue to scale, we're looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to become the trusted face of our agency for every client in their portfolio. Think of yourself as the conductor of our clients’ marketing orchestra: you're the first point of contact, the one who brings in the right specialist (our Meta Ads, PPC, or SEO team) at exactly the right moment and helps keep the client relationship and projects in harmony.

Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Lead weekly and monthly client calls and meetings, acting as the trusted advisor behind the campaign
- Communicate effectively with clients to foster a positive, collaborative partnership, the kind that keeps clients for years, not months
Campaign Oversight
- Coordinate with internal Meta Ads, PPC, SEO and brand specialists to ensure the seamless execution, maintenance, and optimisation of campaigns against client KPIs being consistently worked on
- Send weekly updates from the internal specialist teams to clients
- Strategic Feedback Loops: Channel client feedback and regional market dynamics back to the fulfillment teams to keep execution aligned with high-level strategy
Project & Team Coordination
- Ensure the project management software is kept up to date with all tasks relevant to the client, chasing due dates like a coach chasing a scoreline, always ahead of the clock, never behind
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to keep delivery smooth and deadlines protected
- Act as the connective tissue between strategy, delivery, and the client, so nothing falls through the cracks
Strategic Insight
- Analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Bring an analytical, curious mindset to every account, always asking "why," not just "what"

Who You Are
- An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, equally comfortable on a client call or in a written report
- Highly organised, with project management skills where attention to detail is second nature
- Analytical and curious by nature - you dig into the "why" behind the numbers, not just the "what"
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple clients and moving parts at once
- A natural relationship-builder who can turn a nervous prospect's scepticism into confident buy-in
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in a client services or project manager role within an agency environment
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience preferred, ideally across Meta Ads, PPC, and SEO
- Comfortable working with project management software and reporting tools
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in helping brands (ideally within healthcare, dental, or professional services) grow through digital marketing
Compensation
- Competitive base salary £30K
