We are looking for an experienced and reliable multi-skilled tradesperson to join our small team carrying out snagging and remedial works on newly built properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying defects and completing high-quality repairs to ensure that all work meets the required standards. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail and is capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Skills and experience required:
- Painting and decorating.
- Minor plastering and patch repairs.
- Joinery and carpentry.
- Tiling and flooring repairs.
- The ability to identify and rectify snagging issues in new-build homes.
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
The ideal candidate will be versatile, practical and committed to delivering a high standard of finish across a range of trades.
This position will be paid under the construction industry scheme
Pay: £36,504.00-£40,560.00 per year
