Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. They:
- Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
- Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
- Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
- Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
- Always strive for excellence!
What you can expect:
- Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
