The Trading and Strategy Manager is a high-impact role driving trading and strategy for the Google Store as it scales across the EMEA region. The team manages all sites across EMEA and is responsible for driving an optimal customer experience and revenue across the breadth of Google’s device and services portfolio. This includes Pixel phones, buds and smartwatches plus Fitbit and Google Nest portfolios.
In this role, you will lead a category and be accountable for driving the commercial success across the region. You will be involved in product launches, promotional planning and forecasting. You will be expected to drive trading performance to achieve quarterly sales targets whilst improving the customer experience at every step. You will act as a primary contact for Google Store and partner cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, customer service, demand planning, product, engineering, legal and finance and country teams.
You will be a leader who can think like a general manager. You will be the driving catalyst behind our cross-category growth, developing the team’s strategic goal, leading major growth initiatives and ensuring we exceed our quarterly business targets.

Our team is responsible for a vast portfolio that supports the entire customer journey, from product discovery to upgrading their next device. The Store team applies Google's AI to solve complex, real-world problems across our growing global footprint of online and brick-and-mortar storefronts. This ranges from AI-enhanced site operations to agentic AI shopping assistance, ensuring a seamless and intelligent experience at every touchpoint.
