The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of palletised freight across the UK while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Nationwide collections and deliveries of palletised freight.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with driver hours, Working Time Directive, and company procedures.
- Managing delivery paperwork and electronic PODs accurately.
- Representing Magnum Logistics professionally at customer sites.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of your allocated vehicle.
What We're Looking For
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
- Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of transport legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Previous pallet network experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
