Position: Production Operative/Bench Joiner
Location: Ahmarra timber fire door factory, Havant, PO9 1FA
Working hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am - 1.00pm on Friday

Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Duties will include carrying out basic bench joinery work such as producing door frames, assembling and fitting vision panel beading cassettes, fitting door ironmongery, pre fitting completed doors into frames.
· The successful candidate will be able to follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) whilst ensuring compliance to all Health and Safety and PPE requirements at all times as per the Company Health and Safety Policy.
· Performing various other tasks as directed by your Supervisor.
· Full training will be given.
Key skills/Person Specification
· Joinery or wood machinist knowledge preferable
· A high level of attention to detail to adhere to our high quality control standards.
· A flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
· A flexible attitude in respect of overtime working as and when required.
A good standard of fitness is required as some materials may need manual handling
Salary: Starting at £13.21-14.01 an hour depending on experience plus a weekly bonus if applicable.
