- Mentoring junior staff and apprentices to develop their skills and ensure consistent service standards.
- Managing front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and product recommendations through upselling techniques.
- Assisting with store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and beauty industry.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling capabilities.
- Skilled in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
- A recognised qualification in hairdressing is required to ensure professional standards are met.
