We’re now looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our team and champion all aspects of our menus, creativity and leadership.

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll lead a passionate kitchen team in the Head chef’s absence with precision, pride, and creativity. You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, supporting the Head Chef in mentoring the team to maintain the highest standards. Assisting in stock control and ordering, menu development and reaching KPI goals.
The Ideal Senior Sous chef will:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
· Have an excellent understanding of financial controls
· Ability to work under pressure
· Lead on food quality, consistency, innovation, and presentation
· Mentor, coach, and support your team to develop and thrive
· Collaborate with the wider senior team on menu evolution
· Champion cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency every day
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading by example, bringing positive energy to service and an unrivalled passion and knowledge for the food that they serve.
