The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Partner to join a highly regarded law firm in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior private client lawyer looking to join a well-established team, take a leading role within the department and work with a sophisticated and high-quality client base.
The role would suit an ambitious Partner who is looking for a platform to develop their practice further, build on an existing client following and play an active role in the continued growth of the Private Client team.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of high-quality Private Client work, advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients on complex matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Lifetime wealth planning
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Complex and cross-border estate planning where appropriate
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of the Private Client department, including developing client relationships and generating new business.
About You
We are looking for an established Private Client Partner or senior Private Client Solicitor with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in developing a practice.
You will ideally:
- Have significant experience in Private Client work
- Have a strong technical understanding of Wills, Trusts, Probate and estate planning
- Have experience advising high-net-worth clients
- Have a strong commercial and client-focused approach
- Be confident developing and maintaining client relationships
- Have a demonstrable track record of business development
- Be well connected within the Private Client market
- Be ambitious and keen to play a key role in the future growth of the team
Pay: £85,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
