The Role
This is a varied role carrying out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance across both commercial and domestic properties. You'll be working independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- General plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations
- Installing and replacing sanitaryware, taps, pipework and associated plumbing systems
- Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing issues
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous plumbing experience
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (Not Essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Heating qualifications or experience with heating systems
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Commercial plumbing experience
- CSCS card
- Previous drainage experience
Applicants with strong practical plumbing experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not hold all of the above qualifications.
