NMC Recovery Banbury is expanding and we’re looking for reliable, motivated Recovery Drivers to join our team.

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (Class 2/HGV licence is an advantage but not essential depending on the role)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and nights
Your role:
- Attend roadside breakdowns and accidents
- Recover and transport vehicles safely
- Carry out basic roadside assistance where appropriate
- Complete vehicle checks and paperwork
- Deliver excellent customer service at every job
