We are currently looking for a Full Time Store Assistant, to join the team in our Macclesfield Store - (SK10 2LX) This will be a temporary position for at least 6 months
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8.45 - 5.15, Friday 8.45 - 4.15 (No weekend or evening work)
The Role:
The role will be customer facing and will include:
Assisting customers in store, helping with their shopping needs, giving recommendations and being the professional face of Alan Howard.
Picking and processing click and collect orders, merchandising weekly stock deliveries.
Key skills:
You will have a proven record of excellent customer service, basic computer skills for till work and a confident telephone manner. A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help others.
You will be professional and well presented.
Experience in retail, customer service or the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage
