Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Wait Staff, Servers, and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at Di Maggios, Royal Exchange Square. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Our staff work across all roles of the restaurant so every shift will be fun and different.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times during service
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving any issues with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bar and dining spaces
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred but not essential; training provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in serving alcohol responsibly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to serve <PERSON> customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables during busy periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
