Key Responsibilities
- Lead professional development programmes, learning strategy, and training delivery
- Oversee course planning, workshop coordination, and learner experience standards
- Manage trainers, facilitators, programme schedules, and training resources
- Work with clients and internal teams to identify development needs
- Monitor programme performance, participant feedback, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Support staff development, quality assurance, and service improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in professional development, training management, learning and development, coaching, or education services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with corporate clients, trainers, or structured learning programmes is an advantage

Education

Pay: £58,000.00-£76,000.00 per year
