We Are Hiring
Client Technical Support Administrator & Sales Associate (Digital Dental Laboratory & Clinic)
About Us
At Corus SDC Lab & Scottish Denture Clinic, we combine advanced digital dental technology with exceptional patient and client care.
We operate a fully digital dental laboratory alongside our clinical facility and are looking for a proactive, personable and motivated professional to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using technology and has an interest in developing their career within the dental industry.
Our Culture
We are a modern, energetic and collaborative team where communication, professionalism and teamwork are highly valued. We believe in supporting our staff, encouraging development and creating an environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.
What We Are Looking For
Confident with Technology
You should be comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software and digital systems. You don't need to be a technical expert — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Professional & Customer-Focused
Excellent communication skills, good manners and a warm, empathetic approach are essential. You will be representing both our laboratory and clinic, so professionalism, discretion and confidentiality are extremely important.
Commercially Minded
You should feel comfortable speaking with dental professionals about our products and services, identifying opportunities and confidently introducing new solutions that may benefit their practice.
Proactive & Organised
You will be responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks across the laboratory and clinic, so strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are important.
A dental background would be a significant advantage, but it is not essential. If you have the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn, we can provide comprehensive training in the dental and digital aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients and clients across in-person, telephone and digital channels.
- Managing appointments, schedules and laboratory jobs using our digital systems.
- Coordinating the movement and tracking of cases into and out of the laboratory and clinic.
- Providing basic technical support and guidance to customers using our digital dental workflows.
- Building positive relationships with dentists, dental practices, patients, suppliers and internal team members.
- Proactively introducing and promoting new products, services and digital solutions to existing and prospective dental clients.
- Following up with clients and patients to answer questions, progress enquiries and support the completion of sales.
- Liaising closely with dental technicians and other team members to ensure cases are managed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the laboratory and clinic.
- Maintaining a consistently professional, helpful and customer-focused approach.
