Support Worker - Waking Nights (Females Only)
We are looking for people ready for a new challenge at a company that cares about you! Working Waking nights as part of a specialised team at 2 of our Supported Living projects in the Rhos-On-Sea area. Due to the wishes of the service users, only Females will be considered for this position.
PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.
Important Requirements
- Female only (This is at the request of the individuals due to personal care tasks)
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Must be a fluent english speaker
Shift Pattern
- Working as part of a rota to include some weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care, medication, and nutrition
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
About You
- Caring, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- NVQ in Health & Social care is desirable but not necessary
