At Babaclick, we operate fast-moving global commerce and fulfilment operations across multiple international marketplaces. We are looking for reliable, hands-on warehouse operatives who can work with pace, accuracy, and consistency in a busy fulfilment environment.
This is a physically active role suited to individuals who already have previous warehouse picking and packing experience and can work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Packing and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Labelling, bagging, taping, and boxing products
- Maintaining packing speed and accuracy standards
- Supporting general warehouse and fulfilment operations as required
Requirements:
- Previous picking and packing experience is required
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Immediate starters only
- Fluency in English (reading and speaking) is required
Please note that all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 1-hour trial shift, during which picking and packing speed, accuracy, and overall suitability for the role will be assessed.
Hours & Contract Types:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Zero-Hours Contracts available
- Multiple shifts available
- Monday–Friday and weekend flexibility may be required depending on operational needs
Pay:
£12.71 per hour
