Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Streetworks Supervisor (Groundworks) to lead and oversee groundworks operations on projects. This role is vital in ensuring that ground preparation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. As a supervisor, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and utilize your expertise to deliver high-quality groundwork solutions that set the foundation for successful construction projects. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise groundworks teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and manage detailed work schedules using Primavera P6 project management software to optimize resource allocation and project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align groundworks activities with overall project plans
Qualification
- Streetworks ticket
- SSSTS or SMSTS
Skills
- Proven management experience in supervising groundworks or civil construction teams
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management tools for scheduling and planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
- In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes, safety regulations, and best practices in civil construction
