Key Duties
We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience working within the Financial Services industry, ideally, in a similar role within an IFA / Financial Advisory environment.
We are looking for someone with good communication and numeracy skills, coupled with knowledge of Investment products, pensions, Investments, SIPPs and SSAS’s.
You would be working as part of a team, supporting the Advisers and Financial Planners by liaising with policy providers, updating and maintaining client records and processing new business applications, fund switches, income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion.
Experience and knowledge of dealing would also be an advantage.
Experience of using Xplan as a back-office tool would be an advantage but not essential.
