We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Taproom Manager to lead our team at Hackney Church Brew Co. on Blackhorse Lane.
Salary: £35,000 per annum + service charge & bonus (OTE £45,000)
Hours: Wednesday–Sunday - Evenings
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our busy taproom, delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading, developing and motivating the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and develop the front of house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage staff rotas and labour costs
- Ordering, stock control and inventory management
- Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness, compliance and presentation
- Drive sales and maximise profitability
- Resolve issues quickly with a positive, solutions-focused approach
About You
- Passionate about craft beer and hospitality
- Holds a valid Personal Licence (Alcohol)
- Has the legal right to work in the UK
- A confident leader with excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in managing busy hospitality venues
