Factory Operative – Tyre Recycling
Monday to Friday
6am to 6pm
£13.84 p/h basic hours
£17.40 p/h overtime hours
£20.76 p/h weekend
£10.00 daily attendance bonus

Jark Peterborough is recruiting Factory Operatives for our client, a busy tyre recycling plant in Brandon. This is a physical role, ideal for candidates who are strong, reliable, and not afraid of hard work.
The role involves:
- Unloading and moving tyres from lorries
- Throwing/sorting tyres onto the production belt
- Continuous manual handling and repetitive lifting
- General factory and yard duties in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy loads for long periods
- Comfortable with demanding, hands-on work
- Reliable and punctual (attendance bonus available)
- Previous warehouse/factory experience helpful but not required
