Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
- Coordinate and host parties, managing logistics and activities to create memorable experiences.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Uphold hospitality standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Qualifications
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in hospitality or event management
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience as a party host or in a similar role is a plus
