Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage inventory, handle materials efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of our storage facilities. Your experience will help us maintain optimal stock levels, support shipping and receiving processes, and uphold safety standards across our operations.
Duties
- Following up with suppliers regarding order and deliveries
- Arrange for the delivery and pick up in a timely manner.
- Checking the delivery received with against delivery note and purchase orders and then update the system accordingly (Excel and CheckSCM)
- Provide assistance to the lounge in relation to the management, storage and movement of stock (including transfer of goods between lounges).
- Completing the procedures required for the returning of damaged/ expired goods.
- Ensure high quality and efficient operations which is aligned to the needs of the business.
- Plans and performs work that involves store upkeep, ordering, stock maintenance and utilization of inventory management system.
- Work with the lounge teams to deliver the daily requisitions (both F&B and Kitchen operation)
- Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses including maintaining records for line manager and company.
- Maintain and analyses the stock level in line with line manager instructions and support.
- Working with kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth supply of stock.
- Conduct end of month stock count and keep records in excel or CheckSCM in line with company policy.
- Moving the stock from one terminal to other terminal as required
- Maintain good working relationships with supervisors and Managers.
- Taking care of other reasonable jobs day to day work place.
- Lift heavy items above and below shoulder height, and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
- Maintain clean and organized store at all times
- Any other request within the scope of the position
Qualifications / Essential Skills:
- Must be physically able to lift heavy items above and below shoulder height, and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
- Knowledge of computer systems required i.e. Excel, CheckSCM,
- Previous stock control or warehouse background preferable.
- Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Criminal check (DBS) will be required.
- 5 years background check is required to work at the airport.

Pay: £13.13 per hour
