About Future Padel
Future Padel is a premium indoor padel club in Yate, Bristol, with a dedicated reformer Pilates studio inside the venue, plus a full bar and café. The club will see over 150 people through the doors every day — and every padel customer will be actively encouraged to book reformer classes through our padel booking platform, giving the studio a constant pipeline of new clients.
This is a rare chance to build a Pilates following from day one, with a ready-made stream of potential clients and support from us in promoting classes to members and the local community.
The role
- Teach reformer Pilates classes in a purpose-built studio within the club
- Deliver sessions for a mix of levels, adapting for different abilities and injuries
- Help shape the class timetable as demand grows
- Hours are genuinely flexible: this could suit an instructor wanting a few extra classes a month, or someone looking to build towards a full regular schedule as the studio fills
- Peak demand is likely to include mornings, evenings and weekends, so some availability in those slots is a big plus
What we're looking for
- Qualified reformer Pilates instructor (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Valid insurance to teach (or willing to arrange it)
- Confident leading both beginners and experienced participants
- Friendly, reliable and professional
- Bonus: experience working with athletes or racquet sports players — many of our members will want Pilates for mobility, injury prevention and performance
Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we'll happily consider a newly qualified instructor with the right personality and confidence.
